Anaheim Medical Supplies works hard to win the confidence and loyalty of its customers, which is why we offer a lenient return policy. Please review the following guidelines for all exchanges and returns prior to making your purchase of CPAP equipment or medical supplies on our website.
Unless your purchase has a manufacturer's defect, it must be unopened to be eligible for return due.
Only defective products still under warranty can be returned for a partial refund.
Most of the medical products and CPAP machines, masks, and humidifiers that we sell offer manufacturer warranties. If your piece of equipment is not functioning properly, it may e returnable under the warranty. However, the terms under which defective products are returnable vary from one item to the next. Please be sure to read your manufacturer's warranty for complete details.
Manufacturer DefectsEven if a medical device or CPAP machine has a defect, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return it for servicing. However, it may be possible for the customer to borrow a rental machine while waiting for repairs.
If your item is returnable under a manufacturer's warranty, you will receive an RMA number to include with your package. RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization number, and it is required if you wish to send back your purchase. In order for your item to be eligible for return under the manufacturer's warranty, it must meet the specifications listed in your documentation. Most importantly, the warranty must still be active.
Customers sometimes discover they have purchased the wrong item. When this happens, you can contact us to exchange your item for the correct one. You will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred on both purchases as well as any additional expense attached to the new item.
Medical and CPAP machines and supplies that have been open are nonreturnable. In order for Anaheim Medical Supplies to be able to resell your item, we must be able to validate that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. Therefore, you cannot open the item, even just a little bit.
If you act promptly, an order may be canceled. However, once it has gone through processing, the order cannot be canceled. A small fee may be charged on a cancellation order. Please ask for this information prior to canceling your order.
Restocking and Shipping Fees
Unfortunately, the return policy in place for Anaheim Medical Supplies requires us to charge a restocking fee to defray the cost of our losses in handling and processing your shipment. Your shipping fees cannot be refunded. Both of these costs are subtracted from the expected refund on the customer's purchase.
In most cases, the refund is returned to the customer in the same form as the purchase. However, the return of certain CPAP equipment and medical supplies leads to a store credit. All refunds are subjected to shipping and restocking fees.
